Experienced Service Advisor – Join the J. Allen Automotive Team!
Love helping people? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Service Advisor who can create an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest arrives until they drive away.
As the connection between our customers and our service team, you'll build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and making a difference every day, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians
- Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with honesty and integrity
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain services clearly
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process - Manage extended warranty claims when applicable
- Review completed repairs to ensure quality and accuracy
- Notify customers when their vehicles are ready and explain the completed work
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism
- Partner with the Service Manager to resolve any issues
- Help maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Follow dealership policies and procedures while delivering an outstanding experience
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude
