Creature's Comfort Pet Lodge in Gulfport, MS, is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our pet lodge. As the Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers feel valued. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a welcoming first impression.
• Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Composing and responding to emails with clarity and professionalism.
• Managing basic computer tasks and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
