How You’ll Make an Impact
Support teams and supervisors in achieving top-tier HSSE performance.
Ensure compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits, inspections, and routine safety walkthroughs.
Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis efforts.
Track, follow up, and close corrective actions.
Promote safety awareness through training and campaigns.
Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers to ensure alignment.
Share ideas that improve HSSE programs and strengthen safety culture.
Your Background
HSSE field experience preferred, or at least 2 years in a manufacturing role with safety involvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Organized, self‑driven, and proactive in identifying improvements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Willing to travel up to 10% and work 3rd shift.
Bonus: HSE certifications, bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, and First Aid, CPR, or EMT training.
