* Design power and distribution transformers using advanced tools and customer specifications
* Collaborate with mechanical, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, and testing teams
* Prepare and manage technical documentation across departments
* Order and track materials for transformer production
* Support manufacturing processes and provide customer service for approved designs
* Analyze new proposals, specifications, and product requirements
* Lead engineering initiatives using innovative concepts and processes
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines# Your Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of experience in transformer design or research
* Experience supporting transformer manufacturing and customer service
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
* Prior experience with distribution or power transformer design
* Must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.# More About Us
