** Phelps Health Outpatient Therapy Services located in Rolla Mo, is a full-service 18 bed rehabilitation center for pediatric patients, adolescents and adults, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. We serve Rolla, Waynesville and the surrounding communities in south-central Missouri. Bioness - Award-winning medical devices designed to benefit people with stroke, Multiple sclerosis (MS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!

* What we're looking for:

** We are looking for a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping others and is a team player!
** What will you do in this role:
*** Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
* Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
* Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
* Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
* Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

* Qualifications:

*** Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
* Licenses:
Licensed Speech Therapist;
Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology

* Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
