Our Team at The Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton Gulfport Airport is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Breakfast Attendant.

As a Part-Time Hotel Breakfast Attendant, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, ensuring guests have a seamless experience from breakfast service to checkout. You will interact with a diverse range of travelers and have opportunities to build communication and problem-solving skills.

• Food Preparation and Presentation:
  Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items; ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed; follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Guest Service:
  Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs; assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
  Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations; restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.
• Inventory and Restocking:
  Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management; assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to health and safety guidelines; follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and address their needs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to prepare and handle food safely
• Willingness to work collaboratively with coworkers
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or guest demands
