Duties
You will be responsible for engineering solutions and maintaining the information technology (IT) environments supported by the Division.
You will monitor system performance, accessibility, and system logs to ensure operational availability.
You will analyze users' software application needs to define and document middleware requirements.
You will design solutions to meet middleware requirements while maintaining cybersecurity compliance.
You will maintain a software configuration guide to improve the software transition to the supported IT environments.
