Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
● Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
● Ensure accurate documentation and timely movement of materials.
● Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations.
● Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to support business needs.
● Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements.
● Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Qualifications:
● Fluent in Spanish & English & Previous manufacturing supervisory experience required.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Knowledge of inventory systems, shipping/receiving processes.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
● Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance.
