Seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead liquid and solid oral dose production operations within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This hands‑on leadership role will oversee multiple production lines and shifts while driving operational efficiency, accountability, process improvement, and team development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OTC or pharmaceutical manufacturing and a proven ability to improve performance within fast‑paced operations.

This hands‑on leadership role will oversee multiple production lines and shifts while driving operational efficiency, accountability, process improvement, and team development.
Responsibilities- Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts and product lines.
- Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors, leads, and operators.
- Drive operational improvements related to productivity, quality, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, production metrics, and accountability standards.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and quality standards.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support operational goals.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Support team restructuring, training, and leadership development initiatives.
- Maintain strong visibility and engagement on the production floor.
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within OTC or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience overseeing both liquid and solid oral dose production operations.
- Strong GMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing background.
- Proven success in driving accountability, operational improvements, and culture change.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively within fast‑paced, evolving manufacturing environments.
