Goldin Metals is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to help lead our Rollform team! Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role supervises the operators and helpers who produce our metal roofing and wall panels at our manufacturing facility in Gulfport, MS. The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on leader who knows roll forming and builds a safe, skilled, reliable crew.

• Supervise, train, and develop roll former operators and helpers
• Maintain communication with fellow plant leaders to ensure alignment towards goals
• Oversee machine setups and changeovers to minimize downtime
• Enforce safety policies, including safe operation of roll formers, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Check product quality against work orders
• Maintain a respectful work environment by listening, getting the facts before making decisions, and addressing unacceptable behavior promptly
• Complete performance reviews, approve time cards, and keep production records
• Keep the production floor clean and organized
  
  Coordinate with maintenance, shipping, and sales on equipment issues and ship dates
• Performing other tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; roll forming or metal forming strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of roll forming setups and changeovers
• Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with process documentation
• Dependability and reliability
• Physical ability to work in an active production environment and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
