CNC Machinist

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Machinist in Gulfport, MSWe are looking for a skilled Machinist to join a team focused on precision, custom manufacturing. This is a job shop environment, not high-volume production, so the ideal candidate must be able to set up machines, make adjustments, and produce quality parts independently.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machines (mills, lathes)
Machine parts from blueprints and specifications

Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy

Adjust setups and troubleshoot as needed

Deburr, finish, and prepare parts for production

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Experience with manual and/or CNC machining

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience in a job shop or custom environment preferred
