This role is part of our Maritime Defense Systems business, which delivers integrated solutions with decades of proven performance across submarine, surface, and autonomous naval platforms supporting high-priority national defense programs. Our bow-to-stern capabilities include acoustic and sonar protection systems, propulsion systems, advanced composite structures, missile subsystems, canisters and launchers, and autonomous underwater vehicle subsystems. From concept through production, we combine engineering, materials expertise, specialized manufacturing, and large-scale testing to deliver mission-ready systems that reduce technical risk and support long-term operational performance.

As an Integrated Scheduler, you will develop and maintain enterprise-level schedules that connect program milestones, production sequencing, capacity forecasts, and cross-functional execution. You will ensure schedule accuracy, integrate ERP data, and provide leadership with clear visibility into constraints, resource needs, and schedule-driven risks. Your work will help teams coordinate effectively and deliver complex manufacturing programs on time.

Schedule

• The work schedule follows a 4×10 configuration:
  Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with every other Friday off.

Responsibilities

• Maintains enterprise scheduling standards, templates, calendars, milestones, and work breakdown structures to ensure consistency across programs.
• Oversees schedule development and updates in Microsoft Project and Project Server, ensuring schedules are resource‑loaded, logically linked, baselined, and aligned with execution needs.
• Reviews schedules submitted by Program Schedulers and provides corrective guidance to strengthen logic, sequencing, resource loading, and feasibility.
• Supports Program Managers and Program Schedulers with integrated master schedule development, analysis, and recovery planning.
• Translates program schedules into actionable production schedules and partners with Operations to align manufacturing sequences, production rates, and work center requirements.
• Integrates ERP actuals—including labor hours, material costs, and performance data—into schedule analysis to improve forecasting and variance identification.
• Develops and maintains full‑time equivalent (FTE) manpower plans and resource‑capacity models to forecast staffing needs and identify constraints.
• Perform critical‑path and near‑critical‑path analysis, identifies schedule risks, and develops recovery plans or alternative scenarios.
• Ensures cross‑functional schedule integration across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Facilities, and other teams.
• Provides leadership with accurate forecast dates, workload projections, and visibility into emerging risks and capacity constraints.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, operations management, supply chain, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
