Contract with Warrior Vets Medical Services today. We provide in-person general medical services to current and former US military veterans. We pay up to $150 per hour, with compensation for each evaluation. Payment is remitted within 45 days of encounter documentation in our user-friendly EMR.
Typical AppointmentsIn-person evaluations consist of general medical assessments performed once per veteran. Appointments typically last 30 to 90 minutes. There are no ongoing treatment needs for these veterans; they are one-time encounters.
Schedule and AvailabilityMake your own schedule. Our current need is 3 days per week, with evaluation series that last no more than eight hours on each day.
Administrative TasksNo administrative tasks are required of you. Our back-office team handles contracting with the Veterans Administration, liaison with contractors, and payment. This allows you to focus on patient care.
Note:
The evaluations are general medical evaluations, not disability evaluations.
- Unrestricted state medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice
- Education and training in a US-accredited, post-baccalaureate (Masters) program
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or by the ANCC or AANP
- 2+ years of post-graduate primary care experience
- Established collaborating physician
