We are a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Grove at Valhalla is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.
• Perform wound care and other clinical procedures.
• Supervise CNAs and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Active New York State LPN License.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

• Salary: up to $42/hour.
