Case Details- Care Needs:
- 19 year old female, trach, home vent, G-Tube feeds, medications, assistance with ADLs
- Shifts Available:
- 7a-7p - PRN (1-2 shifts per week available)
- 7p-7a
- Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN available
- Deliver safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care according to the physician’s plan of care.
- Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
- Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as ordered.
- Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.
- Educate and support family members on home care techniques and patient needs.
- Active RN license in the state of Mississippi (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Current TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Must meet all state background screening requirements
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
