Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position

Join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team at Coastal Health and Rehabilitation Center. 7p-7a shifts available. Job type:
Full Time.

Coastal Health and Rehabilitation Center

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Supervise and support CNAs, including participation in their evaluations.
• Oversee the Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program to ensure resident safety and well‑being.
• Provide essential nursing services and direct patient care.
• Conduct and document thorough medical evaluations upon admission and throughout treatment.
• Perform additional duties assigned to support the best possible care for residents.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation preferred.
