Coordinator
The Coordinator is accountable and responsible 24 hours per day for managing and demonstrating leadership skills in the systems management of practice and/or operations issues. These activities should ensure appropriate outcomes and efficient, effective team processes, guiding activities of the area, including but not limited to the staff, environment and patients.
RequiredEducation:
Graduate of an accredited program with the minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education:Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Required Licensure:Current MS RN license or compact license
Required Experience:Three (3) years in the specified clinical area or specified operational experience
Preferred Experience:One (1) year as a charge nurse
