Position SummaryOur merchandising & stocking associates connect all the dots to ensure members can find everything on their shopping list. From moving inventory in the backroom to unloading trucks, filling ice‑cream in the freezer, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves, this fast‑paced role is physically demanding and keeps the store organized and member‑ready.

What you'll doProvide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offer guidance and support regarding self‑service technology; assist members with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns; and promote the company's products and services.
Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials properly, adhering to steel‑standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area, stocking and arranging merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile and high‑shrink items.
Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards are followed, and by prominently displaying promotional and seasonal merchandise.
Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders throughout the day in accordance with company policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
