Job Summary

Kontoor Brands is a portfolio of three iconic lifestyle, outdoor and workwear brands:
Wrangler®, Lee®, and Helly Hansen®. The Part‑Time Sales Associate supports sales performance, delivers exceptional customer experience, and executes day‑to‑day store operations for a temporary/seasonal location.

• Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards and initiating conversations with all customers to learn interests and recommend products.
• Assist customers in the fitting room, provide product information, and promote the rewards program to achieve weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards; keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, processing transactions, handling cash, and maintaining point‑of‑sale integrity.
• Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures; react quickly to customers and employee injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
• Participate in Loss Prevention Audits and comply with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Flexible schedule with a minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Proficient in operating office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and perform manual labor such as assembling displays and rearranging store layout.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Willingness to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.

• Stand, walk, and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
• Lift and carry merchandise, including full racks for restocking.
