STARTING RATE: $13.00

HOURLY PAY RANGE: $13.00 - $13.79

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer finds the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals:
  Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals, learning about product offerings.
• Store Operations:
  Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties:
  Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments, and ensuring a positive final impression for customers.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories, sharing details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
