THE BUFFET
is the first contact for guests entering the Buffet and is responsible for welcoming guests immediately upon their arrival, maintaining a cheerful, courteous disposition and a professional image to promote a truly unique environment and dining experience. He/She is required to answer telephones in the same manner, complete guest transactions in an accurate manner, verify number of guests dining, totals the bill, receives payment by cash, vouchers, comps, cash, credit cards and provides accurate change for cash payments.
High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of previous cashier experience in a high volume environment is highly preferred.
