What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Use expertise in products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
  • Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Educational background:
    Associate's degree or higher preferred

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in telecommunications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
