Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage activity reports with management
• Gain leads for Territory Managers through cold calling EMS customers
• Sell consumables and accessories to both existing and new customers while exploring opportunities with competitive accounts
• Act as a liaison between customers and support teams to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales quotas
• Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience in account management and handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to effectively influence individuals at all levels within the organization
• Demonstrated ability to pay strict attention to details
