What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and budget
• Provide an exceptional, no-pressure car buying experience
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and walk-in traffic using our CRM tools
• Stay current on vehicle features, pricing, and incentives
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
