Protection Specialist; Field Agent

This is a part‑time, on‑site position for a Protection Specialist (Field Agent) based in Gulfport, MS. Responsibilities include providing personal and residential security for clients, conducting field assessments, enforcing safety protocols, protecting churches, schools, and businesses, and responding promptly to security‑related incidents. The Protection Specialist will collaborate with colleagues to implement security plans, maintain clear communication with clients, and deliver exceptional service while upholding professionalism and discretion.

Over 3 years of

• Field Service experience in an armed capacity with the ability to operate effectively in diverse and dynamic environments
• Strong Communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Demonstrated community oriented service abilities to manage client relationships and address concerns with professionalism
• Experience in Training or mentoring team members to enhance overall security operations
• Basic Sales skills to promote security solutions and services to potential clients
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods, if required
• Knowledge of security protocols and prior experience in law enforcement or related fields is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• No prior felony convivtions, must be able to complete a background check, and drug screening.
• 21 years or older with valid drivers license.
