ADDITIONAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Meet Quality Standards, Budgeted Requirements, and Customer Expectations
- Direct Supervision of Assigned Crew Members
- Communicate and Coordinate with Management and Administrative Employees
- Communicate with Customers (Schedule, Expectations, Specific Needs)
- College Degree in Related Field and/or 2+ Years Landscape Experience
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Ability to Read Landscape Plans and Layout
- Exceptional Client-Service Skills and a Sense of Ownership of Responsibilities
- Willingness to Follow All Company Policies and Safety Requirements
- $14+/hr (Based on Experience)
- Performance Based Bonus (50% Gross Profits Above Estimated Budget)
- Group Benefits Plan (Including Medical, Dental, and Vacation)
