Job Description

We build post frame buildings. roof onlys, and fully enclosed structures, including turnkey barndominiums in south Mississippi. We are seeking skilled sheet metal workers to join our small teams, around 3 to 4 members. Experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals eager to learn sheet metal work and framing. This role involves traveling to various job sites throughout south Mississippi and reporting directly to the project manager.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, , and install sheet metal components for building projects
• Collaborate with small team members to complete framing and roofing tasks
• Travel to different job sites across south Mississippi as assigned
• Follow safety protocols and maintain quality workmanship
• Coordinate with the project manager to ensure project timelines are met

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with sheet metal and framing in construction
• Willingness to learn new construction trades and grow within the company
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Strong communication skills to effectively report to project management
