South Mississippi Regional Center is seeking a Social Services Program Coordinator III (Targeted Case Manager) to manage caseloads for individuals in the IDD Community Support Program. You will develop and maintain person-centered plans and coordinate services across multiple providers.
Responsibilities include annual PSS updates, regular contact, and ensuring services meet each person’s needs. Travel throughout the six southern counties is required; MS state vehicle eligibility is mandatory.
