Soccer Shots is the nation’s leading intro‑to‑soccer program for children ages 2–5. We focus on creating a fun, positive environment where kids learn soccer skills, build confidence, and develop character. Our coaches bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with Toddlers!
Position OverviewWe are seeking an engaging, reliable, and playful coach to lead high‑energy soccer sessions. Our coaches lead a group of 4 – 10 toddlers through a 30‑minute scripted curriculum. Each session is full of imaginative games designed to keep kids interest and aid in their childhood development. The best coaches turn into a “Mrs. Rachel” performer on our soccer field with the ability to let their personality bring our curriculum to life!
Instructors are Paid $15 per soccer session. Instructors can expect to lead 3 - 8 soccer sessions per week.
Responsibilities- Lead 30–35 minute sessions filled with fun, learning, and encouragement
- Teach basic soccer skills in an age‑appropriate, playful way
- Model and teach our core values: teamwork, respect, and confidence
- Communicate professionally with parents, schools, and program partners
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude to every session
- Enjoy working with young children
- Energetic, outgoing, and dependable
- Ability to pass a background check
- Soccer experience is helpful but not required — we provide training
- Must be punctual and committed to scheduled sessions
