Allen Toyota is seeking a dependable and motivated Parts Driver to support our wholesale and service operations. This role is responsible for timely, accurate deliveries, efficient routing, customer interaction, and assisting with returns and account credits. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and takes pride in working efficiently.

• Ensure all parts deliveries are completed on time and in an efficient manner
• Remain flexible and assist with additional tasks throughout the day as needed
• Focus on improving delivery speed and efficiency to encourage repeat wholesale business
• Pick up all parts returns and properly document them to ensure accurate processing by warehouse personnel
• Ensure credits are returned to the appropriate accounts in a timely manner
• Maintain a detailed delivery log to track routes, delivery times, and customer signatures
• Review delivery performance monthly to ensure best routing and timeliness
• Visit shops that have not purchased in the last 6 months and deliver marketing flyers
