Program Manager

Overview

Responsible to support and participate in the Ace Aeronautics QMS and integrate advanced avionics systems into aircraft and laboratory environments. Oversee or perform hands‑on troubleshooting of avionics components, harnesses, etc., and work with the engineering team to meet project objectives.

• Support and participate in the Ace Aeronautics QMS.
• Integrate suites of advanced avionics systems on various aircraft and in a systems integration laboratory environment.
• Participate as part of an engineering team focused on avionics integration.
• Oversee or perform hands‑on troubleshooting of avionics components, harnesses, etc., in laboratory or hangar environments.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the Engineering Director.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of establishing, tracking, and maintaining requirements.
• DoD SECRET clearance (required, or ability to obtain).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Systems integration, aircraft systems, program and project management, engineering.
• Experience with Blackhawk, Airbus, helicopter, and aviation platforms.

Temporary role pay range: $40.00–$70.00/hr benefits subject to eligibility and may include:
