Pilgrim’s in Alabama is seeking a Food Safety professional to audit, document and enforce USDA and facility regulations, and to perform checks ensuring the food safety and quality program is followed. You will monitor SOPs, SSOPs and GMPs, perform HACCP procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations, and present records to FSIS/USDA on request.
Role requires flexibility with hours and weekends, strong English communication, and willingness to work in both hot and cold environments;
