Full‑Time Retail Sales – Immediate Hire – Paid Training

• Engage with customers in the wireless services section, discussing post‑paid/pre‑paid plans, accessories, and service options.
• Uncover customer desires and address objections to guide them toward appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and teammates.
• Greet customers and courteously offer assistance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Keep the work station/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Average base pay $800‑$1,000 weekly, with uncapped commission. Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay, base raise opportunity every six months. Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.
