Part-Time Retail Sales – Immediate Hire – Paid Training.

• Work in the wireless services section within the local Walmart.
• Engage with consumers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
• Assist customers by guiding them to displays, assessing needs, and recommending products.
• Provide accurate information on products and services to help customers make selections.
• Document and report sales accurately and maintain a clean, well‑organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction based on reduced rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average part‑time sales reps expected to earn between $600 – $800 weekly.
