Location:
Guntersville, AL Long-Term Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Join a high-profile aviation maintenance team supporting UH-60 aircraft operations in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment. We are seeking experienced UH-60 Helicopter Mechanics with strong rotary-wing maintenance backgrounds to perform phase maintenance inspections (PMI’s), troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on UH-60 helicopters. Candidates must be willing to work second shift and/or overnight shifts as required. Responsibilities:
Perform phase maintenance inspections (PMI’s) and scheduled maintenance on UH-60 helicopters.
Conduct routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in accordance with company and industry standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Remove, replace, repair, and modify aircraft components as required.
Accurately document all maintenance actions, discrepancies, and parts utilized.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including proper care of tools and equipment.
Follow all safety procedures, technical manuals, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-8 recent years of aircraft maintenance experience required.
Recent UH-60 model experience is requred. Previous PMI (Phase Maintenance Inspection) experience. Strong understanding of UH-60 helicopter systems and components.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A&P Certification is a plus but not required.
A&P certification will be required for flight line team positions.
Must have own tools or be willing to purchase tools upon accepting the job opportunity.
Must be willing to work second shift and/or overnight schedules. Position Details:
