Are you an experienced Residential HVAC Installer with an active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 license who is ready for more responsibility, better earning potential, and a real path to leadership?

We are growing our residential HVAC operation in the Greater Hartford area and looking for a skilled installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will handle residential system replacements and installations from start to finish.

• Install furnaces, air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, and related equipment
• Complete residential HVAC system replacements
• Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot installation and performance issues
• Ensure all work meets code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete installation documentation accurately
• Help reduce callbacks through quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Support and mentor apprentices or junior installers as the team grows

• Active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 HVAC Journeyperson License
• EPA Section 608 certification
• Strong residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, controls, and system startups
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• EPA Universal certification
• Crew lead or apprentice mentoring experience
• NATE certification
• OSHA training
• Service Titan experience
• Strong leadership potential
