We are looking for a Visa Filing–Typist to join our operations team and ensure smooth and accurate visa documentation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately type and prepare visa applications, forms, and supporting documents.

Review client-provided information and ensure completeness of documentation.

File visa applications through online portals and physical submissions, as per embassy/consulate requirements.

Maintain and update records of filed applications and track their status.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients for missing or additional documents.

Ensure adherence to embassy guidelines, timelines, and data accuracy.

Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in visa filing, documentation, or typing roles .

Strong typing skills with high accuracy (knowledge of online forms/portals preferred).

Familiarity with embassy/consulate visa requirements will be an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, internet browsing).

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
