The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for Mr Amol Arora ( ) . She should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the MD's behalf. Lastly, she should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Gurgram , India. She will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, providing executive-level support, managing expense reports, and handling communication on behalf of the executives. She will report directly to the senior executives.

Responsibilities

- Calendar management for Management
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

- Experience in Personal Secretary/ Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage expense reports and other financial records
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
