What You’ll Do

- Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and create video content for You Tube and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and more).
- Produce brand videos that communicate the Buildskill message, values, and tone effectively.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools from raw footage to high-quality publish-ready files.
- Stay updated on social media video trends and adapt content formats for Reels/Shorts vs. You Tube long-form.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on campaign-based storytelling.
- Manage or onboard external vendors/agencies/freelancers for shoots and production when needed.
- Travel occasionally for on-location shoots, customer stories, events, and product demos.
- Ensure all video communication aligns with brand visual guidelines and quality benchmarks.

Who You Are

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video production, editing, and content creation.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Eye for strong visual and storytelling aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable balancing multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Flexible for travel and shoots (domestic).
