Social Media Associate

Gytree is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to build, shape, and drive our content across platforms. This role is for someone with fresh ideas, strong instincts, and the confidence to execute not just plan or post. You should be able to write scripts, edits and understand the product to drive content.

The job is in Gurgaon. APPLY ONLY IF you will be available to move there and come to office daily.

What you’ll do:

• Create and manage daily content across Instagram, You Tube, and emerging platforms

• Write and script new content ideas rooted in our product, culture, conversation, and women’s health

• Work closely with the founder and internal teams on storytelling and scripting

• Drive engagement, community conversations, and content consistency

• Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed (reels, stories, BTS)

What we’re looking for:

• A strong sense of content trends and formats, excellent english writing and speaking skills

• Ability to think creatively and execute quickly

• Comfort with being on camera and behind it

• Clear communication and collaborative mindset

• Willingness to work from our Gurgaon office
