Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to lead New Product Development (NPD) and act as an In-house Stylist. The role demands a keen sense of design, trend forecasting, material sourcing, and end-to-end development of new and innovative gifting concepts. You will collaborate with design, procurement, and client servicing teams to bring new ideas to life and create impactful gifting collections.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development:

- Ideate and develop innovative product ideas aligned with current market and corporate trends.
- Conceptualize new gifting themes, collections, packaging, and customization options.
- Identify and evaluate new materials, packaging techniques, and vendors for unique products.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for sampling and cost optimization.
- Maintain a trend calendar and competitive benchmark analysis for product evolution.

Styling & Creative Direction:

- Style gifting kits, hampers, and packaging for photo shoots, client presentations, and catalogs.
- Work closely with graphic designers and photographers to ensure brand-aligned aesthetics.
- Create mood boards, look books, and styling guides for seasonal and occasion-based collections.

Client & Internal

Collaboration:

- Partner with the sales/client servicing team to customize concepts for client briefs.
- Present mock-ups and prototypes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and ensure high-quality output from concept to delivery.

Skills &

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Styling, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in product development, styling, or creative merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of materials, packaging, and visual design trends.
- Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sense and eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.

Preferred Qualities:

- Prior experience in lifestyle, home décor, luxury gifting, or FMCG packaging is a plus.
- Exposure to B2B or corporate gifting environments will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about design, innovation, and storytelling through products.
