We are looking for a  Creative Associate  to work closely with our Creative Director, a candidate with taste, curiosity, and the internal intensity to grow fast. This role is for a designer early in their journey who wants to be sharpened through real work, real responsibility, and direct mentorship.

You’ll be working alongside visionaries who believe in building  creative weapons , not passive executors and who are deeply invested in teaching, questioning, and evolving design philosophy.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT

You’ll act as the  primary creative executor-in-training , translating ideas, intent, and direction into refined visual outcomes. You’ll be exposed to how brands, systems, and narratives are built from first principles — not templates.

This is a close, hands-on role with a strong emphasis on learning-by-doing, asking better questions, and developing taste, judgment, and clarity.

You won’t be boxed into one medium — but you will be expected to go deep in at least one.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Brand and visual identity systems
Graphic design across digital and physical formats
UI/UX execution and interface thinking (interest or experience welcomed)
Concept development and visual exploration
Decks, narratives, and presentation design
Iteration, refinement, and system-building

You’ll often receive direction that’s conceptual rather than prescriptive — your job is to interpret it intelligently and execute with precision.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We care deeply about  taste and intent .

You should have:

Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
A good working grasp of tools like  Adobe Suite, Figma, and Notion
An interest in UI/UX and how design decisions affect behaviour
The ability to articulate and back design decisions.
Curiosity about culture, brands, systems, and aesthetics

LOCATION & COMPENSATION

Location:

Gurgaon, Haryana (in-studio)
Compensation: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000/month (potential dependent)

Experience:

1-3 years (irrelevant if you’re exceptional)
The candidate is required to bring their own laptop capable of adequately running the tools to perform the job.
