Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile, innovative, senior-level Graphic & Motion Designer with strong expertise in motion graphics, static design, AI-driven creative production, video editing, print finalisation, and brand communication.
This role supports creative production for automotive e-commerce websites and digital marketing channels, including social media, website campaigns, product visuals, and brand storytelling. It is ideal for someone who can independently create premium digital and motion content, finalise print-ready materials, and contribute to creative ideation for campaigns and evolving brand guidelines.
What You’ll Do
Creative Design & Motion Execution:
Produce high-quality static and motion graphics for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, and X. Create reels, animated stories, short-form videos, teaser videos, campaign intros, and automotive product-focused videos. Design carousels, website banners, headers, landing-page graphics, and promotional visuals. Build and evolve brand guideline elements, social media templates, and structured design systems.
AI-Powered Creative Production:
Use advanced AI tools to generate concepts, automotive product visuals, scenes, environments, and campaign elements. Enhance and refine AI-generated outputs to meet premium brand and automotive aftermarket standards. Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization. Contribute to the development of internal AI-driven creative workflows for the design team.
Branding, Visual Identity & Campaign Development:
Work closely with the Creative Lead to elevate and maintain a unified brand identity across automotive brands. Refresh creative formats, templates, and visual language to improve engagement and consistency. Ensure all designs follow defined color palettes, typography rules, layout systems, and brand voice. Provide creative direction for social media, website campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Motion Graphics, Editing & Video Production:
Edit and transform AI-generated videos into professional content for ads, reels, explainers, DIY clips, testimonials, and UGC-style assets. Add animation layers including titles, transitions, overlays, visual effects, and motion typography. Optimize video content for different platforms, formats, and resolutions.
Print Design, Finalisation & Production:
Prepare print-ready files for automotive brochures, catalogs, flyers, packaging, and merchandising materials. Ensure full accuracy in CMYK setup, bleed, DPI, safe zones, and typographic consistency.
Collaboration, Planning & Workflow Management:
Collaborate closely with the Design Director, Senior Brand Marketing Manager, and Social Media team. Support monthly content calendars and campaign planning. Manage multiple projects across multiple brands simultaneously. Maintain organised file structures, archives, and version control.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in both graphic and motion design, preferably within e-commerce or brand-driven environments. Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma (preferred). Solid hands-on experience with AI design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows. Demonstrated portfolio of social media creatives, reels, motion graphics, and campaign visuals.
Strong understanding of print workflows and production finishing. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while delivering high-quality work under deadlines. Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
Automotive Experience (Welcome / Preferred)
