Role Overview
We are looking for an  Event Specialist  with hands-on experience in  movie marketing campaigns  and  large-scale events . The ideal candidate will be well-versed in end-to-end event management, stage setups, stall fabrication, exhibitions, and audio-visual production. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and creative expertise to execute events seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute  large-scale events, brand activations, and movie marketing campaigns .
Oversee  stage setup, fabrication, and installations  across different formats including exhibitions, stalls, and promotional events.
Manage  audio-visual (AV), sound, and lighting requirements  with vendors and in-house teams.
Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution.
Supervise vendors, fabricators, and technical teams to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
Conduct site recces, create detailed event execution plans, and manage on-ground operations.
Handle budgets, timelines, and ensure events are executed within agreed parameters.
Maintain industry knowledge of  latest event technologies, AV solutions, and fabrication trends .
Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships to deliver impactful experiences.
Requirements
3–4 years of proven experience  in event management, with focus on  movie marketing and large-scale events .
Strong knowledge of  stage setups, fabrication, stalls, and exhibition builds .
Expertise in  audio-visual systems, sound engineering, and event technology .
Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and vendors simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client management skills.
Strong communication skills with attention to detail and creative thinking.
Based in  Mumbai   or willing to commute.
