Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Growth Jockey, you will be responsible for translating business and
marketing strategies into compelling visual stories. You’ll work closely with marketing, product,
and content teams to create high-impact creatives across digital and print platforms while
maintaining brand consistency and quality s role is ideal for someone who is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs / KPIs)
● Develop and execute visual designs for digital and print media, including:
○ Social media creatives
○ Banners & advertisements
○ Brochures, posters, and print collaterals
○ E-commerce creatives including A+ content & infographics
● Translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into polished visual concepts that
resonate with target audiences.
● Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs by adhering to established brand and
style guidelines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to understand
project objectives and deliver high-impact visuals within timelines.
● Produce and prepare design files for web, social media, email campaigns, and print
production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
● Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and iterate
efficiently.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
● Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices
to continuously enhance creative output.
✨ Requirements
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency or
high-growth startup.
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion tools
are a plus).
● Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
● Experience creating creatives for digital marketing and paid campaigns.
● Familiarity with collaboration tools like Figma or Canva.
● Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, ads, and digital assets.
● Ability to accept feedback positively and iterate designs based on business needs.
● Clear communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Nice to Have
● Experience in UI/UX design and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design handoffs.
● Exposure to AI-driven design tools or automation.
● Knowledge of print production standards.
● Illustration skills or interest in custom visual elements.
