Senior Manager – Graphic Design & Video Lead

Job Description

This role is for a multidimensional Graphic Design & Video Lead who brings together creative excellence, strong visual storytelling, structured project management, and people leadership. You will be responsible for shaping how the Xceedance brand shows up across all channels while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at scale.

The role combines hands-on creative ownership with creative direction, project management, and team leadership. You will lead the in-house creative studio, manage workflows using tools such as , and act as the brand custodian across all visual, video, digital, and communication touchpoints. You will also partner closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to evolve Xceedance brand presence across owned, earned, and paid platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Execution

Own the ideation, conceptualization, and creation of high-fidelity marketing collateral, including case studies, sell sheets, brochures, capability profiles, company presentations, articles, round tables, white papers, position papers, and other brand assets.
Drive visual storytelling across static, motion, and interactive formats to build brand awareness and audience engagement.
Deliver creative assets for internal communications, including the company intranet, newsletters, leadership updates, and internal campaigns

Brand Leadership & Governance

Lead the development, ownership, and ongoing evolution of Xceedance brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual, video, digital, and communication touchpoints.
Act as the brand guardian by enforcing brand standards across internal teams, external agencies, campaigns, platforms, and geographies.
Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, and defined quality benchmarks.

In-house Studio & Video Direction

Provide creative direction for the in-house studio, overseeing podcasts, talking-head videos, interviews, explainers, and other video-led initiatives.
Review all creative work produced by junior designers and video editors, providing clear, actionable feedback.

Project & Workflow Management

Lead project management for creative initiatives by defining scope, breaking down requirements, delegating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery using tools such as
Partner with stakeholders to translate briefs into clear project plans and manage priorities, dependencies, and expectations.

Digital Platforms, SEO & Social Media

Work closely with marketing and content teams to maintain and enhance the Xceedance website, ensuring strong visual design, usability, and brand consistency.
Lead AI-driven SEO and traditional SEO initiatives for the Xceedance website to improve discoverability and organic performance.
Lead and manage content execution for the Xceedance Linked In page, ensuring cohesive visual identity, consistent storytelling, and strong engagement.
Use CMS platforms such as Word Press and AEM to support content updates and design-led enhancements.

Agency & External Partner Collaboration

Collaborate with external creative agencies on artwork for digital advertising, print, billboards, activations, and other marketing and sales channels.

Team Management & Performance Oversight

Lead and manage a team of designers and video editors, providing creative direction, mentorship, and career guidance.
