About the Role Are you a content creator who lives and breathes social media trends? Do you love breaking down why certain ads go viral and others don’t?
We’re looking for a UGC Content Creator & Scriptwriter who will take end-to-end ownership of performance-driven video ads — from trend research and scripting to casting, production, and optimization . You’ll work closely with editors, freelancers, and internal teams to produce ads that scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Insights Research UGC, viral, and winning ad trends across Meta & You Tube
Analyze consumer psychology through content audits, interviews, and Gen AI tools
Identify high-performing hooks, patterns, and formats
2. Scriptwriting Write compelling, conversion-focused UGC scripts
Create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
Maintain high retention through storytelling and pacing
3. Casting & Collaboration Shortlist and coordinate with UGC creators / actors
Collaborate with freelancers and casting agencies
4. Production Shoot UGC-style ads using mobile phones or professional setups
Ensure raw footage aligns with creative vision and platform specs
5. Editing & Creative Direction Create detailed briefs for editors
Share mockups using tools like Canva to visualize ad concepts
Ensure final creatives align with scripts and performance goals
6. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track ad performance (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, ROAS)
Iterate and optimize creatives based on data and insights
