The Vibe (About Us):
Hashcut (product of Blockpulse) is not a boring marketing agency. We are a premium content studio building the visual infrastructure for the Web3 revolution.

Most crypto content is trash—bad audio, stock footage, and cringe edits. We are here to fix that. We treat protocols like movie studios and founders like rockstars. We are the bridge between complex code and cinematic storytelling.

We are small, we move fast, and we are currently dominating a niche with zero real competition. If you want to build a portfolio that stands out in a sea of corporate beige, this is it.

The Mission (What you’ll do):

- Video:
Edit high-retention Reels/Shorts and sleek long-form explainers (Premiere Pro / DaVinci).
- Design:
Create "Dark Mode" aesthetic thumbnails, social cards, and memes that don't look cheap.
- The Grind:
Help manage the content calendar (posting) so we stay consistent.

The "Alpha" (What we’re looking for):

- Tool Stack:
You are dangerous with the Adobe Suite (Premiere & Photoshop are non-negotiable).
- The Eye:
You understand that "Premium" means attention to typography, spacing, and pacing. You hate ugly fonts.
- Web3 Curiosity:
You don't need to be a crypto expert, but you need to be willing to learn why a "DAO" is different from an LLC.
- Self-Starter:
You figure things out. If you don't know how to do a specific transition, you You Tube it and get it done.

The Deal:

- Stipend: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 / month.

- Location:

Hybrid (Gurugram). 3-4 days in the studio (for the vibe/gear), rest from home.
- The Upside:
This isn't a "fetch coffee" internship. High performers WILL get a full-time Job Offer (PPO) to lead the creative team as we scale.
