Core Responsibilities Trend Research:
Analyze retail market research, consumer preferences, and runway shows to forecast upcoming fashion trends and themes.

Design & Sketching:
Develop mood boards and create design concepts using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software or freehand sketching.

Material Sourcing:
Select and test fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims, balancing aesthetic appeal with cost-efficiency and production feasibility.

Technical Specifications:
Create detailed tech packs and clothing patterns to communicate construction and sizing specs to manufacturers.

Prototyping & Fitting:
Oversee the creation of prototype samples and conduct fittings on models or dress forms to refine the fit and construction.

Production Management:
Collaborate with pattern makers, textile manufacturers, and overseas vendors to ensure final products align with brand identity and deadlines.
