Legal Manager

The role encompasses providing legal advice and opinions on issues pertaining to day-to-day operations of the company and its initiatives, including handling litigation, contract drafting and reviewing, regulatory experience, and M&A. The position is based at the ITCHL Corporate Office in Gurgaon, and legal managers work closely with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance-related issues and is open to candidates with 2-5 years of post-qualification legal experience.

PQE in the hospitality sector and the following areas will be preferred:
Mergers & Acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations.
Litigation, particularly in labor matters, and matters involving human resources related issues.
Vetting and drafting agreements.
Indirect taxes.
